Does anyone know of a way of removing/reducing the smell of cigarette Smoke in paper. I have some CD inserts which smell of cigarette Smoke.

Take them out and leave them in fresh air. Or maybe get one of those scented tumble drier sheets.
Well they aren't the sort of thing one can put in the washing machine, so if leaving them in the air hasn't solved it then I can only think of 2 things. Try to replace them somehow (scanner & printer ?) or disguise with a stronger more pleasant scent.
You might try taking them out of the cases and putting them in a sealed box with a lot of bicarbonate of soda, enough to bury them and leave for a few weeks. Bicarb is good with smells and if it doesn't work, it wont have cost you a lot.
