You'll need a curtain pole with curvy bits for the bay or get one of those track things.
Hmmm, that doesn't sound very helpful does it? You can buy special poles and fittings that are suited to bay windows, I've used them in the past, and they're quite easy to install.

Would you happen to have a link to this item on say wicks or homebase so got some idea what to look for
Thanks in anticipation
yes, dunelm do them and i have them! x
Put a curtain rail up. You can bend it to the shape of the window quite easily.
Check here ric.ror. I think poles look nicer than the tracks but they do cost more.

The problem is my windows are right up to the ceiling leave no room on the wall to attach the pole holders
I do hope that makes sense
try a pole across the eindow ,know there'd be gap,but less fiddle
Could you not hang the pole from the ceiling?, go into a store and see what the fittings are like, they may be able to hang in the same way blind fittings are attached to ceilings.
Ric.ror, could you take a picture of the top of your window and post it here, we may be able to advise a bit better.
