We are fairly new allotment holders and are about to dig up our potato harvest. What do other people store their potatoes in? Large paper or hessian sacks seem obvious but hessian sacks seem very expensive to buy on line and I don't seem to be able to find any paper ones. Thanks in advance for any help!

Ideally, hessian or paper because they need to breathe. And as cool and dark as possible.

Thank you, but I was wondering where to get hessian or paper sacks from? I found one website that wanted £19 per hessian sack!!
Can't believe £19 was for one sack !!! Here are a couple of links
