Removal of glue on a chipboard floor

Can anyone recomend a solvent I can use to remove glue on a chipboard floor? The glue was used to stick vinal down.

Dunno if it will work but there is a spray in DIY stores called sticky stuff remover. It's great on the residue left by peeled sticky labels and gum etc, so it might work.

What floor area are you talking about here? Some removers are very expensive and only for small spills.

Probably only a scraper blade will remove it.

I'm always trying to do it with vodka on a piece of kitchen paper.
