Masonary paint on windows

I recently had the exterior of the house painted. The painter sprayed it with masonary paint. Some overspray settled on the windows. What is the best way to remove it without scratching the windows. I have tryed washing with soapy water without much effect and I am reluctant to try something abrasive like scotchbrite or scrape with a blade. Any ideas?

I find using a Stanley' knife blade type works well at removing paint from window glass. Take it out of the knife and use at a slight angle. You can go all 'posh' and get a proper holder for it, if you do not like the idea of holding it in your fingers.
