Double glazing drafts

My windows have drafts comming in from around the window frames where they open and close - not the sealed units. Any advice on how to cure this?

Self-adhesive foam strip.

When we had a similar problem it appeared some of the hinges were faulty. Once they were replaced it solved the problem.

if you can get to see from outside, make sure there is mastic between the wall and frame itself.
