I have two garden sheds sitting side-by-side. They are about 4m from my house. There are two bedrooms at the back of the house. Naturally, a spur from one of those rooms would be considered. However, there is already a spur in each room. Bedroom #1 has a spur supplying a rearward 500w floodlight; simialarly bedroom #2 also has a spur supplying a 500w flood.

As far as I am aware, I cannot put any more spurs in thos rooms.

So is this true (no more spurs) and what are my options for a quick and easy job?

I require power in the shed for lighting and the lawnmower etc..

New wiring has to be installed by a competent person eg. electrician - let them worry about it.
You can add as many spurs to a ring circuit as you wish, as long as the total load will not exceed the current rating for the circuit.
this work will have to be done by an electrician registered for Part p of the building regs, although heathfield is correct in one respect, you can have as many spurs as you like on a ring main, you cannot spur from a spur,if you do not want to call in a sparky, the only way round this is to run an extension lead with a plug top on,this can then plug into the bedroom socket, with a trailing socket in the shed, this should go through an rcd adaptor to eliminate the risk of electrocution, if it is to be hard wired, it will have to have an rcd protecting the circuit.
