Freestanding Dishwasher Stuck Between Kitchen Units

The width of the dishwasher is 600mm. The gap between the units must be 601mm. I need to get it out but can't grip the sides. Similarly the gap at the top is about 2mm. Unlike a washing machine where you could open the door and grip inside either side of the door, there isn't anything to pull on. I'm thinking of buying a pair of strong suckers though they might just end up pulling the door off. I can't be the first to encounter this problem. Thanks

Doesn't the door drop down? in which case you can grip the upper part of the machine from the inside and yank it out.
Drop the door down and grasp the sides of the door to pull it out.
When I open my dishwasher door there is a big gap inside the machine at top, plenty of room for my fat fingers
What goes up must come down, what goes in must come out, were there's a will there's a way :0)
Can you send Will round to barnaclebill's place, teacake?
Two people would be best.. One to pull on the door, when it's down and one to try on lift the weight of the dishwasher using the top edge and the worktop.

The interior sides and top don't have anything to grip on-they are smooth apart from a rubber seal. It would be very easy to get it in because you just shove it . I've pulled gently on the door but I'm getting the impression it is more likely that the door will pull off than the whole machine budge. It was installed over 10 years ago before I moved in. Why didn't they leave a bit of a gap , grr.
Quite often dishwashers have casters at the back and feet at the front. If you can (somehow) lift the front it might just break it away from the floor where it has become stuck over the years (let it drop back once it has been lifted). That just might enable you to pull it out by gripping the door edges and pulling carefully.

Thanks all -I think the Will solution is the best. If I was replacing the dishwasher, I'd happily yank on the door but I'm investigating a tiny leak coming from somewhere which could be a rear perished hose on the dishwasher.

Done it-got a very fine crowbar end under the front and lifted which broke some sort of seal with the floor then jiggled it out. Nightmare.
Well done! Have you found the leak?
Well done, barnacle. Appliances which "never" move do tend to stick themselves to the floor and breaking that seal allows them to slide. Is the back on casters or are they feet all round?
