help! helping my sister with redecorating her pokey flat, step one new windows done care of her housing association. Order her some window stickers. Got her redecorating juices flowing. Shes going to declutter.
Now she has 5 birds 4 budgies and a demented canary.What paint can she use which is durable (needs to wiped down every other day) but also non toxic. shes got a tight budget so help!!

I'm not very up on paint technology, Fiery, but You might want to look for products that are low in, or don't contain VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).
The ones I've come across tend to be on the high-end market ie Farrow & Ball, and Earthborn. The trouble is, they're also more expensive.

Try googling "natural paints" or something like "environmentally friendly paints."

Also, you could re-post in "Animals & Nature". Lots of knowledge and expertise over there.
