no, not fantastic knitwear - anyone got any information on the (possible urban myth) about people who fall from great heights dying from heart attacks before they hit the ground:

a) how would we know this to be the case?

b) the issue about "what about sky divers?" usually answered by : "comletely different experience, they know they're not going to hit the ground, so they're heart doesn't pop, etc etc"

c) and so on...

and apologies about the "they're" - result of overwork.
A post mortem would determine if a heart attack was the cause of death, this could be quite possible as the person knowing that they are about to die would put a lot of pressure on the heart and thereofore cause the heart attack, I expect t is different for skydivers because they know that they have a parachute on and are not going to die!
that's assuming their parachute opens....
