I've been set the task of researching the Presbyterian Church in Algiers but have hit a brick wall and I wonder if anyone can help, please? It seems as if it could have been a proper church or a "home" church. When did it start and finish? All help, comments and/or pointers will be very much appreciated.

Thank you. That link is very interesting but unfortunately does not contain detail about Algiers. I have however noted the North Africa Mission of 1886 and am trying to research that in the hope that it will provide information about Algeria and Algiers. This question arose because somebody here purchased the Alms Plate from the Presbyterian Church in Algiers which you can see in this link

If you google 'Presbyterian Church, Algiers' it has many many references, most of a presyterian church in Algiers U.S.A
