artwork logo artist needed

Hi I have my company logo but want to make it look more 3d. It involves a liberty torch of fire, similar to the one on the statue of liberty. At the mo it looks more like a simple shadow of one. I want it to look a bit flasher. If anyone thinks they can do one for a modest fee. I woul dbe very interested in seeing your ideas and paying for it. thanks
