So at one point of time there was just indigenous people living in there country's or islands so I would like to know where did the white race of people come from because they ain't indigenous to anywere in the world because if they were they would not try and wipe out multiple indigenous race's by killing them or make laws for the sole purpose to stop indigenous people having immunity of there laws

here's a fairly good explanation of the origin of pale skin in Europeans -

You.
White people were indigenous to some countries.
I think races of all colours have killed each other, and lots of large scale killings take place between groups of the same colour
Me
They evolved. Folk have local preferences in a mate. Looking healthy is one preference. Where there is a lot of sun, blocking more out is healthiest; where there is less sun getting more is healthiest.

Not sure what you were getting at re the laws and killing thing.
There really isn't such a thing as 'indigenous people'. We all evolved from a small population in Eastern Africa only a few hundred thousand years in the past. These peoples began to diversify and disperse to other locations in the World about 200,000 years ago. The various movements are now being understood clearer by new methods of DNA analysis.

In short: we are all descended from 'black' people and you may be more linked to a black African that you are to your 'white' next-door neighbour.

If you want to study this further, I would recommend a recent book;
'WHO WE ARE AND HOW WE GOT HERE - Ancient DNA and the New Science of the Human Past', by David Reich

scandinavians have always been pale skinned. This may be worth noting? North islands and areas are usually of a white majority due to colder temperatures.
//North islands and areas are usually of a white majority due to colder temperatures. //

Nothing to do with temperature. Temperature is just a result of the conditions that also favoured the survival of lighter skinned humans.
actually Amino acid / Melanin would be affected by temperatures as well as exposure to the sun. Both go hand in hand.
Melanin.
By and large, by the auspices of the day, we brought civilisation to the world. Have you never heard of 'the white man's burden' during that 20yr course in Marxist theory that passes for an education today.
//Someone with very dark skin would primarily produce eumelanin, while pale-skinned Europeans might produce a majority of pheomelanin. Perhaps more importantly, the size and number of melanin particles is also a factor in determining skin color. Melanin is produced in specialized cells called melanocytes, but these do not behave the same way for all people. Some people naturally produce less melanin, which means less pigment and lighter skin. Other people possess fewer melanocytes than normal, which also results in less overall pigment and lighter skin. Clumps of melanocytes in fair-skinned people often appear as freckles, while areas lacking freckles will usually be extremely light. People can temporarily change the color of their skin by tanning (or getting sunburnt), which essentially stimulates the production of melanin and inflames the area to protect against adverse UV exposure.//

“White race” “black race” etc surely are racist terms, invented to suggest race and colour are the same thing.
A race may be all or predominantly one colour or the other but skin colour as suggested in the first link above is predominantly related to climate.
Togo, was that for your own benefit or for the benefit of the thread?
'civilization'* before my fans get on the case.
Sunburn is not caused by the heat, and Vitamin D deficiency is not caused by the cold.
in Scotland recently, the sudden appearance of the sun caused the population to unshirt itself in the hope of getting a tan. the resultant overload of peely-wally skin caused a glare that could be seen from space......
It's a recognised phenomenon, mushroom, know to scientists as "taps aff".
They didnae take the string vests off, I bet.
Togo a simple thought process would indicate that hotter countries usually have more sun. For example, africa. Colder countries, usually have less sun coverage. For example, Iceland.
One of the "sunniest" regions on Earth is the Antarctic. You really need to consider the Earth's azimuth, atmosphere, and cloud cover with the resulting variation in UV reaching ground level before posting errant nonsense on a factual site.
