I actually don't get it.

It's a joke about 'in-breeding' in Norfolk, Dot..........

I think it is trying to suggest that the people of Norwich are all inbred.

I meant Norfolk

Oh, I get it now, but it is flawed in the idea as I know it is untrue. Glad I have no Norfolk ancestry, mine are LIncolnshire.
