Printing Gedcom Files

I'm having difficulty finding something I can use on an android tablet to import GEDCOM files already created on the web and to print out the resultant chart. I've looked on Cyndi's list to no avail. All the apps I've seen on the Play store appear to be read/view only. Some apps are also trial versions and/or don't allow printing. I have got access to a PC. I'm trying to avoid having to re-do the chart elsewhere so I'd really like to be able to import the data so the app/program can do the work. Ideally, I'm looking for something that is free. Thank you.
