Can anyone see a marriage record for Tracy J Hammond (born 1965) in Walsall/Staffordshire area please? No idea of a year though .... or spouse name ..... TIA

Our local library (we are in Wales) has free access to Ancestry, maybe yours does too. The assistant also gives us a one hour tutorial which could give you a start.

Tracy Hammond married Mark Talks 2nd Quarter 1980 Staffordshire Volume No 30 Page 1555

This is the only wedding I can find for a Tracy/Tracey Hammond in the geographical area mentioned, although there are plenty of Tracy/Tracey Hammond weddings, with and without the middle initial J, in other parts of the UK.
