Have just bought a set of oak floating bookshelves. On building them ( flat pack) I find that one of the scrw holes is out of alinement. also the veneer on the end of two othe shelves ends wich covers the end grain have two small tares in them, each the size of a small finger nail, the tares are not detached but one can lift them.
I have been in contact with the shop, that I purchased the item from and they say they will exchange the unit for me.If I decide not to accept an exchange but wanted to return the unit can they (the shop) refuse to accept this), and if so is there an avenue I can take to get my way as regards returning the shelves? Sorry in advance of any reply, but also a big thankyou Danny
