Megapolis Megabucks

I want to know what earns megabucks fairly in Megapolis.

I'd relike to know what in the game generates megabucks. I've been playing for just over a week or so and earned very few therefore my ability to go forward as the game should be played is very resricted.
I dont really want to cheat (although I have to admit i tried to download the hack and it does not seem to work on my ipad 2).
