Does anyone know if you have to have the wii fit balance board to use the wii yoga 'game'. also does anyone know if the wii yoga is any good. thanks in advance

wii yoga is dire.... lots of nice graphics but bad for yoga as too much peripheral stuff going on Dont bother..... for the price of a game you have half the price of an evening class....
