Having only recently discovered the joys of growing veg in pots, I'd like to know what I could now sow in deep planters and troughs, that are now vacant after successfully harvesting a potato crops.

Obviously you can grow herbs throughout the year, you could still get hold of chilli pepper plants from a nursery, but I favour Swiss charc, Bright lights. Treat like spinach, but also looks gorgeous with multi coloured stems
