Can anyone help ! me and my dad have been arguing about playing chess years ago when we both new the rules! can you take more than one piece in the same move e.g can a queen take a pawn and then move to take a bishop in the same move ?

erm no lol
that would be okay in a game of draughts but not in chess. one piece maximum and no more.
your probably mixing it up with chekers or yes draughts. in chess you can only take the one piece with one move at a time.
So, who won the argument!?
