After never really owning a console - even the Sega Master System was my kid brothers - Ive decided to get myself a Xbox 360 - (as thats what all my friend have, and also another younger brother)

Just looking for advice - pre-owned the way to go from GAME etc or is it best to pay the extra and get brand new

Does it matter what size hard drive? - Theres 4Gb and 250Gb I think. If you bought a smaller hard drive - did you find it got full quickly?

Any advice as always appreciated

If you are only an occasional gamer then maybe 4 gig will suffice but you won't be able to install games to save wear and tear, download large updates etc etc.

Personally I would always go 250 gig and NEVER preowned. If you shop around, the 250gig can be bought for approx £160.
Id personally buy its new and go for the 250GB, look around for deals, look on hukd for any deals on there. The 4gb isn't worth it, if you download arcade games, install extra maps eg for call of duty games then your 4g memory has gone.

Cheers guys - payday wednesday, and a brand new XBOX 360 (250gb) will be mine - I should be spending just over £250, and getting some games, etc in with that
