Don't larf ,but Mr DD who is well past his sell by date, and me, who isn't far behind..are both far too heavy for our own good.

I have lots of Arthritic probs, the worst being a very dodgy back that no amount of painkillers and injection do any good. I can't walk far to get any exercise.....he has a dodgy chest....so, seeing the Wii Fit advertised on TV he suggests we buy one so we can exercise in the house.

I've looked on line and have no idea what I am looking for!! Where do I start? Anyone..please

You'll need a Wii console to start with, also the Wii fit game and balance board. The game and board usually come as a set. Just type Wii console or Wii fit into Google you'll get plenty of results and you can shop around. Probably looking at about £250 all together but you do need to shop around.

Thankyou rattyratgirl. Hadn't realised they were quite so expensive.

Have to give it more thought and look around a bit.
