how do you level up quickly?please

What skill are you trying to level up ?
Usually you just have to work away at it. For example with smithing make as many small items (daggers) as possible will get you to iron. Then make lots of iron items to get you to steel. This will also increase your mining as you will need lots of coal and other ores.
Try also completing the quests, it'll make things a bit more interesting for you as well as giving more skills

ummm depend on what level you want to increase e.g any of the fighting skills try killing stuff any minning or smithing try make stuff do what you need ot do to increase your level ( the name of the thingy gives you a Magic etc.)
