Could someone tell me the way to a perfect 'full english'

Everything you can think of! Bacon, eggs, baked beans, mushrooms, maybe hash browns, tomatoes, fried bread - and so many calories, you'll pop!

Plus black pudding and fried potatoes.

Yum yum!
Yeah but there's certain ways of doing it eg cook the sausages in the bacon fat then cook the mushrooms in that fat, fry the eggs in butter etc etc...

Oh - I forgot sausages - and sorry, even if I had a fry up, I'd never cook the eggs in butter. Each to their own.
Hash browns are not part of a good english! They're something fat americans add to any plate to make it bigger.
2 sausages, 2 bacon, 1 egg, 2 black pudding slices, beans, mushrooms and HP sauce. Piece ot toast and mug of tea.
Baked beans? Never. Grilled bacon. sausages in oven, Fried tomatoes, mushrooms and black pudding. Fried bread (or toast) and fried eggs.
