Does anyone have any experiences to share from this diet?
It was in this month's edition of SHE magazine and is based on low crab, high fat. (similar to Atkins)

It includes a recipe for pancakes, which uses Wheat or potato flour - managed to get Buckwheat flour from Tesco but is this the same thing? It doesn't seem to have a lower carb content then normal flour does!!
