59.15 ml melted butter
coarse salt (or use kosher salt)
cajun seasoning (use a small amount)
Pat the potato slices dry using paper towels. Arrange the potato slices in one layer on two buttered cookie sheets pans. Brush the slices with melted butter. Bake in a 500 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Sprinkle lightly with Cajun seasoning and coarse salt.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil (15 ml)
1 potato, sliced paper thin (peel optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste (3 g)
Pour the vegetable oil into a plastic bag (a produce bag works well). Add the potato slices, and shake to coat. Coat a large dinner plate lightly with oil or cooking spray. Arrange potato slices in a single layer on the dish. Cook in the microwave for 3 to 5 minutes, or until lightly browned (if not browned, they will not become crisp).
