1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 level tablespoon plain flour
1 heaped tablespoon paprika
Approx 1lb braising steak
1 large jar Heinz tomato frito (500g i think)
1 clove crushed garlic
150ml red wine (i use a lot more than 150ml!!)

Chop the onion, pepper and garlic and put in casserole dish. Add the meat, chopped into bite size pieces then the flour and parika. Give good stir and add the tomato frito and the red wine

Cook about 140 degress for 2.5-3 hours or 170 degrees for 1.50-2 hours, much tastier when cooked slower

Serve with rice/pasta/potatos and sour cream if liked

Delicious!!
