Roast Parsnips?

Hi I remember I had Roast Parsnips for the first time at a Toby Carvery last Christmas.Does anybody have a tried and tested recipe for them please? I have a Fan Oven.

Recipe? You roast them! (you know, like potatoes).
I brush with oil then drizzle with runny honey and roast for 40 minutes or more (depending on the size of the pieces)
I'm not keen on parsnips but I honey roasted them once and I found them a bit more palatable.
I cut them like roast potatoes rub in oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Roast as you would potatoes, half way through cooking I add some maple syrup or runny honey mixed with a little oil
I've never been successful in roasting parsnips so I tried Aunt Bessie's frozen ones and they were excellent as are Morrisons the best honey roast ones.
