several attempts at making a gluten-free Victoria sponge.
I use gluten-free flour, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum,1/4 tsp baking powder along with 4 eggs. I beat for about 2 mins and pour into a well greased tin and bake for
30 mins-but it collapses when I take it out of tin. Help what am I doing wrong
