Flat Bread Recipe

Does anyone have a really simple and easy flat bread recipe - maybe where I can add toppings and things - also with UK measures

I nicked this from a post below.I take no credit.

flat bread:

255g/9oz plain flour
2 tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt

mix the flour, olive oil and salt in a medium bowl. Add just enough water to help the ingredients bind. The bread dough should not be too sticky.
Remove the dough from the bowl and knead until soft and elastic.
Cut the dough into four. Take a rolling pin and roll dough until flat and the size of the small frying pan.
Add the dough discs to the dry frying pan. Fry for 2 minutes, either side or until crispy.

Is flat bread the same as naan bread?

yes pretty much.plus chapati,pitta,roti etc

I've made naan before and it's really easy. Like Retro's first post but the recipe I used said to kneed for at least 10 minutes and let it sit covered for 30 minutes. I suppose flat bread it just rolled out thinner.
