Turkey Mince Sausage Rolls

Any recipes for sausage rolls using turkey mince and stufffing please? It's our PayDay CakeDay at work tomorrow and would like something festive to brighten up our tea and lunch breaks. Thanks in advance ;)

I like the mushroom, as it will add some moisture - turkey can be a bit dry.

This looks like another great idea for all that leftover turkey

Chuff all to do with turkey sausage rolls but......

A pork sausage roll with crackling mixed into the pastry is gorgeous, a smear of apple sauce before the sausage meat is added or very finely chopped apple in the sausage meat mix is delicious.
