Have been given a recipe for a Cherry-Almond cake after enthusing about the taste, when I got home I discovered the cooking temp. was 180 Fan.
I have a Gas cooker can anyone tell me the equivilent please.

I was going to Gas Mark 4 (which is 180C) until I saw the 'fan' bit. So I'll also go with Gas Mark 6:
