Hi, I'm in Greece and feeling homesick for the UK!Yes really and I miss the rain! Anyway Do any of you kind Answerbankers have a really nice recipe for Strawberry Tartlets just like the bakery shops?

Well I know how to make them, but wonder if you have the correct ingredients in Greece (as I have never been there)? Make shortcrust pastry tartlets, fill with strawberries, and cover with Red Quick Gel, OR melted Redcurrant Jelly.
