Morning
I have some pear cider which I don't really like to drink so was looking for a recipe and found one for pork chops that I have to put in a hot griddle pan for a few minutes then put in the over for 1 hour 50 mins. Can anyone advise what temperature this should be done in an electric oven - no mention of it in the recipe. thanks

just to say the chops were not very thick so I had them in the oven for an hour. Had them at 200 with the fan on for about the first 15 mins then put the fan off. They were delicious and very tender - thanks for your advice folly if you are checking back.
