I'm cooking 5 steak lions in a creamy White wine source for tea tonight but I'm not sure how long and what heat in a fan assisted oven? I'm thinking of putting the pork in a casserole dish with my source and covering, cook it for 1 and half hours on 170??

I regard pork loin steaks as a "quick-cook" cut of pork. Cook for too long and the texture will suffer.
If you want them cooked in sauce, first seal them quickly, cover with sauce, bring to boil and cook on hob (just gently simmering) for 30-35 mins.
I'd be tempted to grill them to make sure they stay moist, then serve with the sauce poured over it. Loin isn't really a casserole cut.
I wouldnt want to handle a lion.....a little high for my taste, white wine sauce or not.
you're not going DT - simples!
Pork loin steak is a tender peice of pork and doesn't need cooking for a long time, frying or grilling is all it needs as Ginge and bushbaby have suggested.
I have cooked some in a slow oven in a casserole dish with mushrooms and a few onions in a white sauce, but the result can be just as good under the grill.
I agree with bushbaby's suggestion, loin is far too nice to casserole. If it's lion however...
