Has anyone got a tip as to how to keep crusty bread crusty?

I am buying a ham for Christmas, which I expect to start on Boxing Day evening. In my experience crusty bread/rolls/french stick etc soften whithin a day, so is there anything I can do to keep it crusty for two days?

I buy the part-baked vacuum-packed ones.................tasty warm crusty rolls on demand thereafter.
wrap it to keep the moisture in, let it go soft and re crusty it in the oven..wrap in foil and heat for 10ish minutes on a medium high heat

On offer at the mo in Co op our Jack, two for £1.00 ;-)
I make my own (well with the help of my trusty breadmaker) Warm bread almost on demand. I haven't bought bread for ages (except on holiday)
You can really "perk up" crusty rolls and sticks by slightly dampening them and putting in a hot oven 200 C. for about 10 minutes.
I buy part-baked ones as well.........I'm just going to put some ciabatta ones in the oven to have with lunch.
Real French bread keeps only for a few hours before it becomes rock hard. That's why most French people buy bread twice a day, and boulangeries are everywhere. It also tasted vastly superior to English imitations, as it is made without the use of fat.
I buy part baked ones as well. Very nice...plus they last for ages in the cupboard.
I buy part baked ones from Waitrose. They are proper loaves(not huge) but there are white crusty, brown and also tiger bread. They are very good.
Partbaked baguettes are 39p for 2 in a pack, in both Lidl and Aldi. Can't see why other supermarkets charge so much more for them. On special offer at £1 at the Co-op, Boo? Good God!
Make your own, adding a little extra sugar than recommended by whatever recipe you choose.
Heathfield- there's 6 in the packs, so still better value ;-)
