Hi Tambo - I try to do stuff that can either be sorted out in the day (and zapped in the microwave) or cooks in less than 30 minutes.

the roast veggies & sauce go well with a rack of roasted spare ribs - really cheap foodies. All in oven !

we have either mashed or roast potatoes with it, peas and sweetcorn and onion sauce (from a packet) as I don't like parsley sauce with it. I would find it all too dry without the sauce.
