Hello ABers( after google intrusions). My wrinkley other half and I recently bought a silicone roasting dish and have found it very good in many ways and it's easy to wash and as it's flopply it's easy to stow, A bit like us really. So what do you think ABer's?

I like those silicone moulds as well, SOG. I have just made a batch of madeleines in a silicone madeleine mould, and they have come out a treat. I have just had to taste one, just as a "controlled experiment". Please excuse the immodesty, but it was delicious!
i wouldnt trust myself not to tip a silicone roasting tray. I have a non stick ceramic one from sainsburys that i love and is a dream to clean.

But i do find the silicone muffin cases etc great when baking
The idea is that you put a baking tray underneath whatever silicone mould you're using, so that it doesn't wobble as you put it in and take it out the oven. Hypotheticallyh, the baking tray should be clean at the end of the cooking.
