Usborne My First Cheesy Courgettes?

Hello, can someone please help?!

My grandma called us this evening to see if we had Usborne's My First Cook Book (we don't). Apparently she's after the recipe for cheesy courgettes - only the Usborn My First Cook Book's version will do!

I tried ye olde search engine and found the book available for purchase but no recipe.

Does anyone have the book and, thus, the recipe we require?!
