When I used to go (UK meetings) many moons ago, one could work it out by adding kC/70 to sat fat/4, per amount eaten. Probably much the same these days.

It is probably the same Old-Geezer but if you are attending meetings Mairs it is easier to buy the Shopping Book because it lists everything and all the points values
