Too hot to cook and cant be bothered with the faff of BBQ because thats too hot as well and hubby on a weird shift so dont know when he will be home - no fish or cheese as fussy daughter wont eat em. Help - too hot to think already x

I know "ummmm" - but salad - its just soooooo boring - unless someone can suggest something to zap it up a bit.
SOrt of Like the suggestion of the ready cooked chicken - I had forgotten supermarkets do them - cheers lotsafun - I might pop over to Waitrose they have a fairly big salad bar too - expensive but cool :-) x
