colleagues take p*** as I won't drink nescafe provided but prefer to make proper coffee
I say life's too short to waste even 5 mins drinking something vile like coffee made from nescafe granules They are quick enough to drink what ever I have left over.....

I'm sure it does.... When I haver been around as long as some of the characters I might let some slip.... but I don't smoke, don't do illegal drugs...
Whenever you're ready rowanwitch.
Do you use a cafetiere? Percolation method? I don't like instant coffee or either of the aforementioned methods. It has to "proper" coffee made with the compression method.
Life's too short to drink coffee at all, I can't tell you when I last had a cup - probably about eight months ago.
If I'm staying in for the day I'll put a pot of coffee on, but if I just want some with breakfast I'll have instant, but Carte Noire not Nescafe.
Try to avoid domestic coffee machines ... (the dept. store variety)

They push the water through the at about 3 bars pressure.

Industrial machines, like you'd see in a coffee shop, are pushing it through at about 7 bars. That's why coffee tastes so much better from a coffee shop.

It's worth shopping around for a recon. 2 group commercial machine.
