I find it quite palatable and you get it in most supermarkets and health food shops

Prune juice suppose to have laxative benefits for some. It doesn't do a thing for me in 'that' department though. I drink it often and quite like it. Oh.. and you could get it in the health foods shops and the supermarkets.

I buy mine in Morrisons and enjoy the taste ! If you drink it before bedtime don't take sleeping tablets at the same time or there could be trouble ahead during the night ! lol

I've never in my life heard of fruit that is high in cholesterol...

Only drink it well chilled,if you taste it first when at room temperature you might be put off!
It's not THAT bad warm,but certainly much better when chilled.
