A Spanish Omelette (with cooked peas, peppers, onion and potatoes) or a smoked ham and cheese one - served with a jacket potato and a side salad.

OR A chinese banquet cosisting of:
To start crab and sweetcorn soup, prawn and sesame toasts, veg spring rolls then,
Chicken with cashew nuts in lemon sauce, Peking Duck (with pancakes, shredded cucumber and spring onion Hoi sin Dip, sweet and sour pork, Singapore style noodles (HOT) with chicken prawns and Char sui (BBQ) pork, stir-fry chinese veg, Chinese pork ribs (Same BBQ sauce as last weeks recipe, but use 5 spice powder instead of BBQ saesoning) Money bags, (dumplings filled with minced pork, prawns ginger and spring onion) Beef with straw mushrooms, boiled rice, chips.


OR

A Traditional Cornish pastie - veg/ potatoes of choice.

Puds are black cherry cheesecake, tropical fruit salad and homemade coconut ice cream, or coffee and walnut gateau

Off to take some baking to the WI stall now - be back later - play nice while I'm gone!!

Taking: 2 Choc Victoria Sandwich cakes sandwiched together with whipped cream, 2 vanilla Victoria Sandwiches with my homemade lemon curd, 1 batch fruited scones, 1 batch plain scones, 1 batch cheese scones, a dozen Cornish pasties, 1 cherry and sultana cake, 1 lemon drizzle cake.
