Any ideas for using up left over Marzipan and fondant icing please.. Made some little tree shaped, mint flavoured sweets with some of the icing, but still have quite a bit left over.

next where can i buy 'mirin' ??

Use the marzipan to stuff and cover dates or shape and colour and make little marzipan fruits the icing well I would buy a cake of some sort and ice it
