How good or bad for you is a chinese meal. If you have all the starters, duck pancakes, any main courses that you want etc how many calories would you be consuming i wonder.

i also think it depends a lot on whether you cook it yourself or go out/takeaway. i eat stir fry veg all the time cos its quick and tastes good but not much calories in it
keep eating the healthy stuff fluffy and they'll let you into the ladies guild yet - keep up the good work !!

toffee ones or choux pastry ones? it does make a difference

I'm being very good and eating a yoghurt.....unfortunately this is a Tesco's Finest Rum and Raisin Yoghurt which is 220 calories.....sod it...
their dine for a tenner thing is good this week!
