I want to join online to lose weight but not sure which is the best. Not sure I understand the Red Day or Green Day of Slimming World and not sure I could be bothered (or know how to) work out points value of food I prepare on Weight Watchers. How do the others like Tesco diets work and from experience which is best? Thanks in advance

Slimming world is excellent, give it a try. Green days no meat. Red days meat and no spuds.
One of my old work colleagues did slimming world. Think it was quite easy as you don't have to count points or calories.

Not done it but think on the days she ate meat fish etc she couldn't have rice, pasta, potatoes unless she included them as an extra.

And on the days she had rice, pasta etc she couldn't have meat unless she had it as an extra.

But don't know what an extra was.

She lost alot of weight and 5 years later she has kept it off.
