Can anyone help please my partner has an allergy to wheat and cannot eat bread or anything cotaining wheat.
We have puchased a bread maker with a gluton free setting but cannot find tapioca flour anywhere can anyone help please(we have tried Holland and Barrett)

I haven't seen it, but apparently some Asian shops sell it.

I buy mine from Sainsbury. Imake the gluten free bread in my breadmaker. The only g.f. bread I have found edible! Holland and Barrett are hopeless. I agree about the xantham gum, this from Morrisons trying to find millet flakes. no luck so far!
ignore my answer re. tapioca flour. It was purchased in an independent health food store (not H & B) Good luck Mrs. M
If your partner cannot eat gluten because of coeliacs disease they can get gluten free products on prescription.
