can i use greek yogurt in a beef curry to make it creamy?

yes but make sure you buy the 'full-fat' variety. Total Greek yoghurt works well. Don't buy the 0% variety i.e. fat-free or it will curdle.

Lots of traditional and authentic curry recipes use yogurt as an ingrediant....so it is perfect.
